Recruitments in International Institute of Management Sciences start in mid of November. The procedure starts with the distribution of placement brochure, this brochure may be deemed as a formal invitation from the International Institute of Management Sciences (IIMS) Pune to your organization to be a part of the Placement Season 2007-2008.

All relevant details of specialization pursued, course details, student profiles and the institute profile can be found on the compact disc accompanying the brochure.

The companies can contact the institute with the Recruitment form provided at the end of brochure or by directly contacting the placement team. Time slots will be allocated to organizations for individual recruitment process as per their convenience.

The placement cell would constantly stay in touch with you to cater to your organization's need. All logistical needs for your travel and conduct of the recruitment process would be taken care off by the institute.

Any additional information such as detailed resumes of students or availability of slots will be coordinated by the Placement Cell. This would be your one point contact (Details can be found on the contact page).

As per our placement guidelines, you may like to address the entire batch at one time on our campus. Then, based on their interests, the students would apply, followed by your company's short-listing. Further processes including Group Discussions, Case study analysis or Personal Interviews could be carried out as per your requirements (We would facilitate this at our campus itself).

An alternative to the above could be to invite resumes for selected students from the brochure before hand. The short listed candidates could then be taken through the remaining processes.

The final stage would be the declaration of the result.
